Not affiliated with the government or the SEC
AdvPulse is an independent company. It is not associated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or authorized by the United States government, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, or any other government agency. We draw on publicly available government filings, but no affiliation or endorsement should be inferred.
Not financial advisors; no advice
AdvPulse is not a financial advisor, broker-dealer, investment adviser, law firm, or accounting firm, and we do not provide financial, legal, investment, tax, or other professional advice. Nothing provided through the Service is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, to enter into any transaction, or to hire or not to hire any adviser. Everything the Service provides is for informational purposes only.
Public filing data
The public adviser search and the ChatGPT plugin show information from the filings that investment advisers make with the SEC, from filings as of a past date rather than live. We show what the filings say and do not verify it; a filing can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong, and our processing can introduce errors. Where we show whether a firm reports disclosures, that is the firm’s own answer on its filing, not our assessment; the details are in the firm’s record on the SEC’s Investment Adviser Public Disclosure website (adviserinfo.sec.gov). In ChatGPT, the answer you read is written by ChatGPT, not by AdvPulse, and can misstate what our tools returned. Check the SEC’s record before you rely on anything.
